   Wow. How devastating for Coté fans. Everyone on sherdog and other MMA sites are talking about how Anderson was just dicking around and didn’t come to fight. I disagree, I think Anderson was trying to bait Coté into reckless striking (similar to the Leben fight). Arguably I think you could give Coté at least one of the first two rounds, if only just based on aggressiveness.

   He proved his chin, he proved he deserved his shot.

   Give them a rematch.

   I really hate the how the american crowd show their disrepect by booing at sucha great fighters. The only way to make them cheer is to have scripted fight like in WWA, they are sucha bunch of rednecks.

   Cote definately proved he has a strong chin, but he didn’t look like hurting Silva and I don’t think it’s a fight many people want to see again, especially if Silva isn’t planning on fighting much longer.

   Unfortunately that’s probably true. There are other people who the fans want to see fight him (Bisping, LHWs). I just think that the guy made it to the 3rd round, and lost on some pretty shitty luck. He should at least be given a chance to redeem himself. Also, you may say that he didn’t hurt Silva much, Silva didn’t hurt him much either. Unless he was re-injured via legkick, which Mark DellaG suggests he was, or slipping on a decal.
