Cutman ‘Stitch’ says GSP’s Vaseline did cross the line

One camp downplayed it and the other is screaming bloody murder about "Grease-Gate". Wherever you fall on the issue, it’s clear that the smeaing off Vaseline on Georges St. Pierre’s shoulders, chest and back during his UFC 94 fight against B.J. Penn was a big enough error to make the UFC immediately institute some changes in and out the cage before fights.

Gary Alexander from Fighters Only Magazine spoke with one of the best cutmen in all of fighting, Jacob Duran, to get the lowdown on how things were different at Ultimate Fight Night 17. "Stitch" also does a quickie demonstration at the end of the video to show how much Vaseline is left on a cornerman’s hand once he’s done applying it to a fighter’s face.

Does this mean there should be a third fight between St. Pierre and Penn? I think few people want to see it although ProMMARadio’s Larry Pepe made a strong argument (2:30 mark) on Monday that he’d like to see GSP-Penn III.
